An old comic I made for the Toronto Star… This still holds true, however—writing is like crawling through endless boxes. You crawl and crawl and crawl, until your blessed editor says “THIS WAS DUE MONTHS AGO WHAT ARE YOU STILL DOING TO THE SCRIPT GIVE IT HERE” and then you quickly finish it and then you can stop \;o;/ (…until the edits roll in, that is)
